Refused refund. Beware, customer satisfaction is not the order of the day

I ordered the product trial. After a short time liked the product and ordered the full version. Paid the $39.90. After that nothing happened. I requested the serial, code, or whatever to upgrade to full version. No response. I continued to request. Nothing. Ask for refund. Nothing happened for days. I asked their financial go between to intervene. After a threat to post them also they sent an email that would contact. After more threats to the vendor i got a serial to the full version.

By this time i was not interested in further contact with people whos customer service was terrible. I requested the refund again. I still have not sownloaded the full version. I got a nasty gram that says in affect you are not getting your money back. Some kind of business. I would recommend any other software vendor. Product is not the only thing that makes for good business. Terrible.
