Misrepresentation of Services and Installation

Like a 28-year, faithful AT&T client, we went with WildBlue since their title was supporting it. Listed here is our expertise since 12/22/07 our deploy day:

1. Misrepresented the first installation price: said to be $299, the men arrive here and inform me there is an additional $75.00 charge —that we needed to create another look for at that time, for needing to get into the loft, as that's non standard... I had been NEVER informed that in the time of the "purchase". Did I note that did not have punch holes, but merely place it in current holes?

2. Had an interruption the initial time

3. Explained using the professional bunch I'd have 30 times much better than call up, but our expertise continues to be at-best similar to call up. Their website claims "lightening fast"... This isn't lightening fast-completely fake.

4. Anticipating a $299.00 reduction from my bank account, and rather noticed a $413 buck cost! Was informed that nicely, thereis the 299 the very first month, after which thereis the $20 for fees, etc. Which nevertheless does not total up to $413!!

I do want to end, however now is likely to be extorted to pay for another $800 to obtain out-of a deal. I'm attractive to AT&T to displace my assurance within their organization and launch us in the agreement, and we will consume the $500.00 FOR 2 MONTHS of support!
