Over promised on product, billing errors, unreliable service!

I reside in a rural-area where dial-up service was all which was accessible till Wildblue arrived to the region encouraging lightning quick company. Truth is it's not even close to it. The down and up load velocity are sporadic and unreliable. One second it's quickly then your next second it's slower than dial-up. Extreamly unreliable. Support is aways losing connection with the satellite. After several service calls it turned really obvious that the folks within the organization are extremely well-aware of all of the short-comings of the machine but no body with let you know about them when you're purchasing the support. ($350.00). I experience the machine until my agreement was up and instantly ended the support. I coincidently ended the credit card I had been employing for that automated funds in the same period when I was receiving bad customer support from their website aswell. Thank god that I did so since Wildblue proceeds to deliver me payment going back 4 weeks as though I'd never ended. Four-times I've called them. Every time they concur that I owe them nothing as my agreement continues to be satisfied. The guarantee not to deliver another statement and yet they still do. Had I not ended my charge card no inform just how much they'd be into my wallet right now. I simply received my overdue statement from their store today for Sept. I achieved my agreement in May. Avoid Wildblue!!!
