FreeCreditReport overcharging and continuing to charge 3 months after a cancelled account Irving CA

I have had an issue with CIC Triple Advantage continuing to bill me 3 months after cancelling the account over the phone. The first time it was cancelled they billed me 4x in a month. 2x at 1.99 and the other two charges at 12.95 each. When I called I spoke with Susan who I thought was very helpful and assured me that the account was closed. That was on a Monday. The following Monday I checked my checking account online and there were another set of charges. I again called the company back who assured me the account would be cancelled (it wasnt the first time) and the monies put back into my checking account. The refund still hasnt happened. Today I was checking my balance on an other card when I found 2 charges for this company on a different account both dated for Dec the first one was 12/15 and the second one was 12/29. I immediately contacted the company that I have the debit card with and explained I didnt authorize the debits to this account. I dont know how they got this private account but now they are charging me on this account. I have tried calling the company again but an getting no where fast. This company has already taken almost a hundred dollars out of both there accounts. For something I never used nor did I realize I signed up for. I now do not enter my card numbers on any websites I have learned my lesson the hard way but still am unable to get these people to stop billing me.
