Ebay Sales Backs out of deals

I purchased 5 Motorola MTX radios from this guy on eBay. I bid days before the auction ended, then at the end two others made bids. There was a mixup in the auction, it was listed as if there were mulitipul sets of the radios. This ment all three bidders won the auction for. 99 cents. EBay SUDGESTED that he just refund the money and re-list the items.

I understand the mixup, but the radios should have gone to the bidder who placed the FIRST winning bid. I have sold on eBay since 1999 and have had several mixups, I always error on the side of the buyer, even if I loose a couple bucks.

I would avoid Windwalker Security on eBay, and consider this on other business, as he does what's best for him, not the customer.
