I to was ripped off by this company. I needed to get a background check, criminal background and used this site. They charged me $59.96 (3 months for $44.31, $14.95 for the directory). This site provieded no information. I tried to contact them for a cancellation and refund they to said there was a 7 day period, which I was not informed of this. I told them there site was useless and was a ripp off. I wanted my money back. They said they couldn't but offered me $39.95 for 3 more months free. For what? Why would I want to use the service if it does not provide the service it claims. Why not just give me the $39.95 back? This site has no address, is a pain to get in touch with someone. You go around and around putting in numbers and your address. It a stupied useless site. This site needs to be turned into the better business. They need to be shut down.
