Ripoff merchants - never received goods or refund after 7 weeks melbourne victoria

I won a pallet load of goods from this seller on 26 Oct and its been 7 weeks now and I havent received the good or a refund. I have emailed the seller numerous times and get exactly the same answer everytime "We are so sorry about the delay due to unforseen circumstances. Your order will be processed as soon as we can. Once again, we sincerely apologise for the delay". It doesnt matter what I put in my emails I always get the same thing back. I have reported this to ebay but nothing has happened. I am at a loss as to why this seller is allowed to keep trading on ebay when this is how they treat their customers. I have also been emailed by several other people in the same situation as me. Please dont get sucked in by this seller - dont bid on anything of theirs its just not worth the risk!
