Bogus operation - do not buy from this website!

I ordered what appeared to be an amazing clock from this website. After not receiving it, I attempted to email and call Australia and received no response. I finally got a person when I called who told me she had been emailing me and had not yet sent out the package since she had to verify my credit card. She told me she had been emailing me - though I never received any - interestingly I receive promo email alerts from their websites almost daily about their products! I eventually received the clock a couple of months later, only to find it arrived broken, having been packaged without sufficient protection. I phoned and emailed again. I had paid $40 to insure the package.

Eventually someone picked up saying she was the mother of the woman in charge and could not get to the phone earlier because she was gardening. I left my number but did not receive a call back. Now I notice there is another "complaint" on this website against this company for receiving defective merchandise and never getting a credit.
