Lavish Dreams Online Never sent products bought

I placed an order on their website. Their website states products are shipped within 7 days though they try to send them earlier. A month later, I still did not receive my products. I tried emailing and calling the numbers on the website. A week after emailing them, I finally got a response saying my order would be shipped that Friday or the beginning of the following week... I never received my products. The number they give is someone's cell number and they never answer. I left a message and text with no response.

I finally filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted my bank to request a reimbursement which they were kind enough to do. Now they are dealing with the dispute with Lavish Dreams.
