Unauthorized charges

Who are these guys? I just started getting charged for something I have no clue about. Calling them is a joke; you will end up in an abyss of recorded messages. Can they really get away with unauthorized, unsolicited charges?

Guess I will have to have my bank put a stop to this. Reading the other reports has me worried.
