Illegal bank withdrawal

Upon reviewing my bank account, I noticed a suspicious withdrawal on my account and discovered for a second time that this was the same company the ripped me off for $83.00 about 6 months ago. This time it was for $68.95.

My bank originally did a provisonal credit for the $83.00 but then 90 days later they took it back it back from me advising that I didn't report as "lost or stolen" and therefore, they would not honor my request.

I supposed you can say I was "dumb" in not realizing that this would happen again to me and it has.
I have reported this as "fraud" to my bank and blocked the account on my debit card.
I have contacted the PA Banking commission on this as well advising of this internet fraud. I just think the banks need to take more responsibility on this.
They will investigate this further for me and advise in 30 days.

I just don't want this to happen to anyone else. This culprit needs caught and prosecuted and I will be happy to assist in any way I can. I am out almost $150.00. That is me only 1 person. Who knows how much this person or persons has gotten away with.
