Club Crazze
Took money off me without my concent

I came across club crazze, while browsing the net, and they clearly stated that you could download one free ringtone from them onto you mobile phone. I put my telephone number in the box provided, and within a couple of minuets, i had around four text messages, saying that i could now download ringtones of my choice. Before i procceded with anything else, i noticed that from my balance of phone credit, that this company had already taken 5 off me, before i had even started to download. Then i not only realised that they had not sent anything for me to download, but i did not even get the free one either! I have since looked on a site, were i could not belive that lots of other people had complained about the same thing to do with the same company. One of these people have had to take measures of changing their chip, as each time they put credit on their phone, club crazze was still taking money off them for weeks! I have tried to find a contact number for this company, and an address, but their is not an address? I did find a telephone number, but in was an ultermated service, that is not even in use! This is totally discusting, and nothing short of theft! I can not afford to keep putting money on my phone, just for them to keep taking it from me. They are obviously still getting away with this, and i am living proof of that (unfortunatly) could you please help, what maybe hundreads or thousands of people out there who are being ripped off and robbed of hard working money.
