No product. No refund. Nothing but lies

After three effective purchases with this specific organization, I thought assured putting an order for 2 more lighting features. Our purchase was positioned 3/31/07 and my charge card was cost instantly. I began calling for order position when nothing had appeared by July since prior encounter stated this producer might consider many weeks to load an order. I had been informed the purchase was shipping 7/20/07. Each month nothing came, and that I might call again. Each time, I had been informed it'd be shipping quickly and provided some bad reason accusing the light company. Obviously, it had been difficult to speak straight to anyone until I named the revenue point. Lastly, on 11/20/07 I named the maker immediately. I had been informed my purchase wasn't positioned together until 6/13/07! Moreover, it had been prepared virtually instantly! These criminals hadn't compensated the maker therefore my lamps were not released. Because it works out, this same fraud was possibly utilized on my prior purchases aswell. I simply never understood since the lamps were usually ultimately shipped.

However, I had been not able to challenge this cost through my charge card. Used to do not realize that you'd just 120 times in the day of purchase to challenge. Decorating-Etc. Said they were giving a refund, however it hasbeen 10 times and that I don't have any refund. If your check comes, I can not actually be sure it's not going to jump. These criminals must be released of company. Move elsewhere even when it costs you more income. The trouble of coping with scam is not really worthwhile. I've been advised only lies for more than 8 weeks, and that I have nothing to exhibit for this.
