Gibson Trust Inc ripoff, fraud, business not looking out for your best interest

I have experienced the same frustrations as the others who trusted this company. We have been with this company for two years, and thru time, we have recognized they are not looking out for our interests. We have never received a return phone call within 48 hours, never had our problems addressed. I even tried to fax them a letter, and the fax machine never picked-up. We have received letters from our creditors saying they never received payment, and late charges are accuring. Our last payment was made this past November 4 and we received two letters from creditors dated November 12, that no payment has been received.

Several credit card companies have reported that one payment is missing, and Gibson has not provided any expanation regarding that payment. It is stressful enough to make the payment of 613 a month and to now feel that I was taken advantage of, I dont know where to turn.

The frustration is overwhelming and I dont know what to do. I dont have the ability to save money to go with another debt consolidation company. I am afraid that the creditors would not accept another offer from a legitimate company. Before I found this website, I had been calling the company all morning. The phone message is in a cycle, and I can't even leave a message for someone NOT to call me back. Something needs to be done about this company. They dont help consumers, they cause stress, heartache, pain and suffering.
