Voip company is too risky should be out of business or is going out of business

SPECTRUMCTV is not responding to a debt they owe. Calls are not answered. Even if a selection is made for support, you get voice mail. Now perhaps they have caller id therefore pick and choose calls to answer. Regardless, I would strongly recommend not investing your money and phone line (s) over to this company who in all likelihood will not be around much longer. Due to the manner for which this information is known, I will have to maintain complete anonymity. Feel free to use your own judgment. Thank you.
