Failed Cancellation AGAIN San Francisco California

Here it is again. I opened my credit card bill and peoplepc has billed me again for a service that I do not have. I have fought and fought to get this account closed. One that I never opened with them in the first place. I was a subscriber with Highstream. After several years with them, they turned over their accounts to peoplepc when they got out of the dial-up business. Peoplepc was supposed to send the Highstream clients an installation disk - but never did until after the service already started. I had prepaid for Highstream, and peoplepc was to use the credit from the account for the remaining term of service. I cancelled the service with peoplepc at the start (July 07) since no disk had been sent, and I decided that wireless was the way to go for my business. I have yet to get this resolved and the company continues to steal the cash from my account. This is robbery!
Anyone have suggestions to get this resolved? Thanks!
