Sent half my order they have no phone number and they don't respond to emails

I ordered merchanise to give as favors for my sons birthday party. There were items missing. I was supposed to get 6 of one item and only 3 came in the box. Then I was supposed to get a sticker book with princesses on it for my 3 year old and they sent me a completely different item than advertised. I have emailed them 6 times and have not gotten one response. It is really sad that I spent 59.00 with them. I love how they claim they are this wonderful family based business. I should have known better when I realized they didn't have a phone number.
This is how they make their money, very clever.
