Ripoff deceptive company

I bought this complete computer system in December as a Christmas pesent to my family for work and school projects and an extended warranty to boot. $2000.00 investment, not chump change.

After six months it crashed, it has now been three months that I have been in contact with their support? Staff, both hard and software departments. They sent me incorrect software for my system and replaced my original hard drive with an upgraded version without reconfiguring other necessary components and of course the system still doesn't work, no one will call me back, and I have no physical address to write to and cannot contact management in any way either.

At this point however, even if I had a way to contact management, I don't think they would be any more anxious to assist me than any one of their support staff has been.
I would be more than willing to return their piece of shit system for a refund of my hard earned money and start all over again with someone I could at least communicate with.
