I agree with all other comments on this company. They advertise on MSNBC and lie, lie, lie. There is no 24-7 tech support. I've been on "hold" 47 minutes minimum and thenI get some guy named "keith" in India who barely speaks English-can't even understand them-3 months old & the camera doesn't work, can't reach most websites, etc. This is a joke-while I type this they are again on MSNBC lying their faces off.
