Nonexistent customer service, Fraudulent charges

My problems began with accepting their 10 day trial offer. I had just bought an Xbox 360 and I was ready to test it out. Unfortunately, I bought a game before I ever received one from them.
I waited 7 days for my two games, Bioshock and Two Worlds. On the seventh day, I reported I had not received the games. Their response was that they would send another out. They re-sent Two Worlds. They also extended my trial.
Once again, I waited about 5-6 days and found no games in my mail. I filed yet another complaint. I looked closely at my account and found my address was altered. The city was not even close to my own city, which eliminated the idea of a typo.
I decided that this wasn't worth the time, so I sent an email requesting they send no more games. I also canceled my membership on the site. This is where the situation became ridiculous.
My email and cancellation was answered with a number of emails. The first asked if my problems were resolved (this was before I received a response from my problems). The second was an email informing me that, despite my pleas, they extended my trial again and sent out Two Worlds again. My third requested I return the two original games I never received!
I logged into the site and found they had re-activated my account without my permission. I don't know where legality stands on this. I canceled one more time and sent an email requesting no more games. No more emails were sent and my account stayed canceled, so I assumed it was over.
About 2 days ago, I received another email. This one was a threat that they would charge my account for the games if they were not returned. I replied that I had never received any games and that they had performed a number of incompetent, if not illegal actions. I wrote that if they charged my account, I would seek legal action.in this email, I requested a receipt of delivery and a receipt to prove it had been read.
I received the delivery receipt, but never the read receipt. This proves to me that my pleas have been totally ignored. This morning I got two emails telling me that I've been charged for the games I have yet to receive.
I will be seeking legal action, but I felt this needed to be seen here as well. Whatever you do, don't get an account with Gamefly. Their customer service is nonexistent and they are only interested in finding a way to unlawfully charge you.
