After over 6 times of taking my laptop back for the same thing best buy gave me another one of much less value. When protested they said thats all they had to. So my $14oo. Laptop turn in to a $600 with no warranty it took over two years of fighting with best buy. Don't buy from best. I wish I had found usacomplaints.com sooner. XXXXXXXX@hughes.net
