RealEstateSticker.com stole money from my Paypal account and never shipped order! Reported to MA BBB and Atty General who also get no reply!

I ordered a vehicle logo sticker to advertise my Realtor Profession and never received the sticker from these people I, at first, received some responses (via email) apologizing and was told by Jason B I'd be getting a free one at no cost to me in addition to the one I ordered and he would be shipping them overnight! This was in July of it is now October Nov. They of course took my payment through Paypal and since I used Paypal, Paypal would not resolve the issue for me because I had try to deal with these people on my own. So between waiting for the product for three weeks then trying to deal with them directly, it was past PayPals allowable timeframe to report the matter. I also reported RealEstatesticker.com to the Massachusettes BBB whom got no reply from them and consequently forwarded me to the MA Atty General, still no resolution however. They just took my money and ran.
