Took my money and I never received anything

I purchased a Sidekick II on Sept 20 and have no received anything. I did have a little bit of contact with someone claiming her name was Diane Thomas. I last heard from "Diane" Oct 10 stating she will put in the request for my refund and haven't heard from them since.

I had contact with this Diane person through admin@reddsattic.com
I got the initial order confirmation from orders@reddsattic.com.
Then I got the Receipt from gateway@linkpt.net.
Then I got this: Thank you for your on-line order. Your order 2435 has been shipped from MARCUSREDDISH. If you have any questions please contact reddmark@comcast.net or visit our website and this was on Sept 20th.

I do still have the bank statement showing that my account has been charged and it has some numbers next to it. I am not sure if they are routing numbers or what they are. But I paid $252.59 and just lost that money and haven't seen anything.

Like I said the last contact I had was on Oct 10 stating my request for a refund was being forwarded.
