Did not send product though they took money from my account

We ordered a Motorolla Blue tooth headset from Redds attic in November 27. We still have not recieved the product and money has been taken from my account. I paid to have a 2 day delivery also. My order says "new" when I go to the website to see if it has been processed. I have written emails with no answer from the company.
