Pc svr not authorized & theywon't cancel received cancellation # &they keep hanging up when i call

PEOPLE PC was not authorized to have service at my residence, when it appeared on my phone bill I called after being transferred to 6 different people I finally spoke to someone. Her name was Ann, I told her to cancel the charges that were on my phone bill, which she reluntently said ok to..

Ann gave me a cancellation number & told me the charges would be cancelled. That was in September's phone bill, today 10-18-07 the phone bill showed last months charges plus charges for this month.

I tried calling and got hung up on 4 times. The last time I called a recording came on saying they were upgrading their system and to call back in 4 to 5 hours..
That was today at 12:30 Mountain time..
