Suddenly received a $49.90 charge on ATT bill. Never heard of this company nor authorized any such charges

My ATT bill today showed a total of $49.90 in "USBI" charges from an entity called "Voicelink Int'l, Inc." ($34.95 "svc mthly fee" plus $14.95 "svc setup fee"). I have never heard of this company nor authorized any such charges.

When I tried calling the 1-800-480-0048 number a recording invited me to call another number for some sexy conversation, and ultimately cut off the connection. The ATT USBI number for questions (1-888-478-8724) the automated system said it would transfer the call to the vendor on behalf of whom the charges were being billed. That call was answered by another automated voice instructing me to 'press one to speak to a customer service representative'. I did, waited, and was again looped back into the initial message.
