On 8/22 I placed an online order at darwinfish.com which is run by this company, the order ID number is 2007082213443011710.
-On 9/14 I had not yet received the shipment so I emailed them using their only advertised email order@darwinfish.com
-On 9/20 I received a response from "Melody" asking for me to confirm my mailing address, which I responded to the same day.
-On 10/3 after not receiving a response or a package I sent a second email which thus far has not been responded to.
On 10/17 I submitted a report to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), but have so far not received any response.
To date all their websites remain active and I can only assume that are still taking orders. The voice mail box which their phone number reaches has been full for a while and no new messages can be placed in it (not that I would expect anyone to be listening to them anyway).
