Won't call back, has done very little work to site, won't respond to e-mails, wants to charge monthly fees

Captures and Webmarketing source, plain and simple made huge promises, talked my client into a product that was not needed. The main tech manager even stated that a custom product would work best for my clients site. After rating the site on their on-line calculator it came up as almost perfect. My client has written several e-mails, and even placed more phone calls with no response. There are several business in the area and abroad that have reported here and other sites, about similar poor customer service. It has been found that a class action law suit is in the works. My client is undecided in joining this future suit. The site has not seen any increase in sales and no real change in traffic, a year is long enough to see results. After contacting the host company it has also been found that the back end of the site has not been logged into by a third party for over 4 months and after more research is done it maybe longer. Some minor changes were made to the site but not to equal the amount spent for services. After researching similar site enhancement companies it was found the amount of work done to my clients site, would average about 150-300 dollars worth of actual work. Most changes that were made with the site were free sign-ups on google that anyone could perform by one self.
