Unresponsive, website never finished, customer service terrible from management. Tired of waiting / want money back

Hi, again another upset customer that purchased a website/marketing from webmarketing source.com and captures.com.
I made my down payment for a website: recommended by a customer at my physical store: in February 3. I didn't get any response from either company until the beginning of May. The site still was not able to be online yet. I asked and asked to have it up and running before June. So June 1, I finally met on the phone with someone. Mind you I had to meet at their time, I run my own storefront, so I had to hire employees to watch my store while I had a phone meeting with captures.com. It was not very informational as the site is not yet up and running (3 months after paying over $2000.00) I understood the process took awhile, but once they got their money they sat on my site. So I only could meet with them on Thursdays, I had to hire employees for my store: only meeting now 1 time a month: Everytime I had to do more things to all drop shipper products in my site. Now it is October 17. An email was sent out 2 weeks ago asking several questions and wanting answers: no one has responded: here is who was on my email; Matt F. Jason O., tech support: Gilbert W.
Now all I am asking is to set up shipping on my website: they don't know how to do this: hum, they created the website so I had to ask my friend how to do it. Also why is the actual name of my website not pulling when you google the entire thing? This is all one word: mommy to baby and custom creations. That seems odd that it is not even googled at all, maybe because the site is not even functional. If someone wanted to they could probably purchase items and not pay shipping: I am very upset at this point. I manage my own store front, have 2 kids, they come to the store too, I am on the PTO for my son's school, I manage my husband's construction company, and I do all the duties of mom and house.
Captures/Webmarketing. I am tired of waiting for you to follow through with your contract promises. Please let's stop horsing around. All I wanted was a working website, now it has been several months with no communication unless I demand it be done. So please provide my down payment back and provide a saved copy of my website "I" have created, since I have to talk to others on how to set up everything, even shipping. You haven't done anything. I want to be done with your company and go locally where I live so customer service is how it needs to be! They took my money and I don't even have a website to show for it that is in working condition. No one takes time to meet with me, it is terrible that I thought this was going to make me money.
