Quality of the product is very poor. No good response from the Customer service

I've purchased Oracle upgrade exam from this company over the internet. They advertised this product as a study guide and I purchased it by paying $29. What I got was 90 questions and its answers without any explanations. I complained their customer support and I didnot get any reply from them. The most disappointing fact is that they don't even proof read their product. They have 2 different answers for the same question in another file (10g new features) which they sent me along with my purchase.
I don't think I can belive the accuracy of this product. I don't recommend this product to any one.
