I purchased a boxset for a dvd collection. Took a week to process, then it came off my credit card. And then for 2 weeks I kept getting contacts that it was going to be delivered at certain dates. One of these emails had a tracking number with Canada Post, but their website says nothing was shipped. Went back to the site and the product I purchased does not exist any longer. And of course, no contact to my inquiries.
