BustedTees.com Do Not Buy from! They DO NOT REFUND and have World's Worst Customer Service Online

I bought a t-shirt from Busted Tees in June. After receiving the t-shirt I decided to return it for a refund. I mailed the return package June 19th.

After waiting 2 weeks and not hearing from the company, I emailed their customer service (orders@bustedtees.com). This is the only email address listed on the website.

I emailed repeatedly throughout July without getting a return emial. Finally, on July 31st I got an email from one Valerie Palmer from Sure Ship Online, saying that my package had been received and my refund was being processed.

That was a month ago. No refund yet. Maybe this complaint as well as the one I filed with the FBI's IC3 will produce some results.

Busted Tees website states that the company is made up of a couple of college students. Apparently that was my mistake right there - buying from a couple of irresponsible college students who, at this moment, are probably nursing hangovers, wasting their parent's money and ripping people off via the internet.
