Ink On Tees, no answer to email, or phone calls, item not received ripoff

Ink on Tees is a rip off. I ordered a t-shirt from them as a late father's day gift. I was in the hospital after having my daughter on father's day. I oredered the item on July 17. They charged my card on July 19. On August 9 I received this e-mail after attempting calls and 3 emails unanswered:

Katrina,

We do apologize for the delay on your order. We will ship your order out via Fedex by Monday. If you have any questions please don't hesistate to email us back.

Well I have e-mailed them back several times. Still no item and still no reply. The shirt says Xhaiden's (our baby girl born June 15) Daddy on it. My fiance is very disappointed. I was foolish enough to tell him about it. He had been looking out everyday for something that was never coming.

They have time to update their website and answering service, but they can't return calls or e-mails.

Its interesting that the last person that used their address was Dana Abboud. He scammed Hurricane Katrina victims and was just arrested February of this year. Maybe its some of his associates.

I am furious. Yes it was only about $23, but it was my $23.
