Worktrends promised me job in hour and money back guarantee

I signed up for this job oppertunity about 3 weeks ago to get paid for placing ads, Worktrends (the ripoff co.) stated that after paying the one-time fee of 69.00 dollars to start up. Well i did and i have yet to hear or see anything and everytime i go to the find the site it gives me an error found, but provides a link to an e-mail for support.

I did write to this e-mail and told him of my sitution and asked that my money be refunded asap, i then recieved an e-mail reply telling me that they are sorry for the delays and that the site would be working shortley.

Of course its been 1 week after that time and i have not been able to get through still and i again sent an e-mail to the e-mail address and got the same reply, sorry for thedelays and the site would available shortly. I just want my money back, because like everybody else who has been ripped off we dont have this kind of money to waste i want my money back. Please somebody tell what to do.
