Once again, I am writing to your organization to see what could possibly be done about losing my job at NARS in Cape Girardeau, MO. If you cannot indeed help me, I'd appreciate maybe you steering me into the right direction to do so.

On August 21, I was let go, supposedly due to my inability to do my job, for whenever the CSR (operators) go on the floor to collect money for Charter Communicatons.

That day, by H/R manager Rose Ann R., I was told that my instructor/producer, Mr. Bryan Parker told H/R that I was too slow and he didn't think I'd make it on the floor. This... Could not be further from the truth! I am not taking this situation lightly, and I am turning every single leaf I can to get to the bottom of my situation with NARS. I even went so far as on 8/24/07 to ask them to let me challenge the company and it's policy for being a CSR on the floor, but as to no avail of course. I am truly flabergasted at this, and I am very hurt that this CO let me go so quickly like I was nothing.

My children and I were depending on this money that I have from 7/30/07 worked extremely hard to acheive, and according to Mr. Parker I did so with flying colors. Only now he is changing his story completely! I am not allowed to even meet up with him at all to ask why he lied to about me, because all the papers & tests will prove that I was more than capable of doing my job, and very well so, if I do indeed say so myself. I feel that this is discrimination and I want to get to the bottom of it by only talking to the hiring staff and my supervisor showing my true grades on each and every test I ever took in that classroom. This job for once, made me feel like a decent human being, because I knew I was excelling at quick paces for getting on that floor collecting money for Charter Communications. I've even written them letters and called them also.

It's just really hard to be let go whenever you know of at least 1/2 dozen people at least are TRULY not getting the entire process. I only want a chance (2nd) like a few other people in that classroom that I was in got, and if I am not given one, then I was to seek some sort of leagal action.
