Lousey system... No Support!

If you are looking for a Point-of-sale system... Look elsewhere. This small company dose not have adaquate customer service for problems. We have called SEVERAL times because we ALWAYS are having trouble with this system and all you get is please leave you name and number and SOMEONE will get back to you!

This will not help when you have a long line of people waiting to get rung out and you cant take their money. When they do call back they are nasty and insistant on blaming the internet the weather, time of day anything BUT their system. Its full of bugs and problems. Steer clear of this start up company and go with someone who has a track record. Dont be the first to get an unproven system.
