$30,000.00 door stop ripoff

This company has no idea what it is doing. No support personel. You have to call and leave a message then they call back... Maybe. The folks who man the phone have no idea how the "system" works. We now have a $30,000.00 door stop that dosent do anything more than our $300 cas register. System will not interphase with other software at least so far 60 days ago! They want all the money up front then they send used equipment with clueless set up staff.

Run away from this company. Save lots of dough.insist on seeing a "live" system that is used and the customer is happy. Good luck in finding ONE!!
