Ripoff paid emails

I paid $14.95 to upgrade to a platinum member through inspiremarrow.com. (It actually cost me $66.00 because of bank wire fees and other fees)
Inspiremarrow emailed me and said I was upgraded and could request a payout. For platinum members the minimum in $15,000 and you can request it. Platinum members are also suppose to be paid within 9 days.

I waited 9 business days and then emailed them and asked them if I was going to get my payouts. No answer. I emailed them again and told them I either wanted my payouts or my money refunded. No answer. I emailed them again and told them that if I didn't either get a refund or a payout I was going to report them. No answer.

I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and now with usacomplaints.com. I requested 3 payouts. One on July 29th, July 30th and about a week afterwards. The total payouts they owe me are $45,000. Before I paid my upgrade fee they always answered my emails. Now that they got money from me, they are ignoring me.

I just want my payouts preferably, if not I want my $66.00 refunded.
