Ripoff i cannot get paid!

I joined this web service. It claims that you will be paid for reading emails. They also claim that there are no minimum payouts. My account balance has built up to over $3700.00, I requested a payout, and they won't even answer my messages. I contacted them several times. I received no reply, and even requested a reply, just so I could see if they received my payment request. It stated in the redemption area, when you are eligible for payment, there will be options highlighted telling me what I am eligible to be paid. So, I sent a message out of curiosity to see why my redemption page didn't show options to redeem money or any other types of redemption.

I know that there are other companies that have the same type of website, or sister sites. I belong to their memberships also, but they donot claim that there are no minimum payouts. They also have a tendancy not to answer their messages.

In essence, I just feel as if I've been ripped off again, and hope that by other people seeing this message, the owner of the website will pay what is due, or be hurt by lack of business that this report will create.
