Fraud and cheating!

I registered with ADDR in 2003. Then I attempted to move to Community options in 2004. I talked having a person about the telephone that assisted me using the move, and explained she'd stop the consideration. I obtained a contact a week ago informing me that my CC# has terminated and that I is going for their website and revise the card #. I thought it was an error, and so I did a live-chat with somebody at ADDR plus they explained that I'd a stability of $328. I flipped, they explained that I never ended the consideration. I had been designed to stop the consideration utilizing the online form, and today they're informing me the used to do not get it done properly, and also the consideration may stay available, and accumulate a bigger balance, until I spend the balance.

That is incorrect, and certainly will not be authorized. I'll not spend, but am worried when they can actually result my credit score. They do not hace my interpersonal #.
