ECR POS Cash Register ripoff $30,000 CASH REGISTER! Waste of money!

Want to buy a VERY EXPENSIVE cash Register? No Support. No Customer Service No returned Phone Calls. They will take you money an RUN! They dont even answer their own phone! We have has this "system" for 3 weeks and still isn't working yet! They were supposed to "train" us, have a support person ON SITE for a day... Never happened. They were supposed to build and test BEFORE delivery. Never happened. The system was opened for the first time when it got here on site. Spent 2 days trying to progam and still didnt work.

If you have the misfortune of buying one of these "systems" dont pay until ALL the promised features work! No one will help or support you after the sale.
