I am writing to tell you about an internet company spicybags.com I ordered a Channel handbag $145.00 and the handle fell off after only two months of owning the bag. I contacted the company explaining my situation and they were very rude saying to bad I had to contact them within three days of my purchase.

I asked that they replace my bag at that time I wasn't looking for a refund. I requested several times to be put in contact with the customer service manager and explained that I am also a customer servive represenative for a boat company. No one ever would email me to a manager. I was told that I would not be able to exchange and was refered to their return policies.

If this information is true then why did my bag fall apart? All I was asking was an exchange. I believe this is a lot of money to spend on something that falls apart after 60 days of use. I am very didsatisfied and recommend that no one order from this website.
