Tried to process a check on our account and it caused our account to go negative. Ripoff

We did not authorize this and obviously they know they are wrong because they will not allow you to talk to a person, the automated service states for refunds contact via email. That tells you they already know they owe people money. They state they received our info through another website we were on but no where would we have authorized a draft or a check.
