Don't Waste Your Money! Ripoff

I gave this Surplus Supplier $1.95 for a "trial period" and got nothing of the sort. I got a stupid user name and a stupid password that when I typed it in the login area of the website within my 14 day trial, it kept saying that I couldn't login because there was no such user name or I was writing the wrong password. Me being as busy as I am, I couldn't call them to see what the deal was, so I just waited until the day that I could sign in (thinking that my 14 day trial period started then).

When I checked my bank account, I noticed that I was charged around $20 for "exceeding the trial period and not canceling". I finally called in and caceled and when I tried to explain my situation respectfully, the woman lied to me and quickly said that someone would call me back and then hung up when I started talking again. The whole thing is a scam! The whole website sucks! It doesn't work at all! Don't even pay them to do their "trial"!
