This company took $149.95 out of my checking account without notifying me, after I tried to sign up for a credit card in a three -4 -1 ripoff

I checked my bank account and found that $149.95 had been deducted out of my account 8/7/07. My bank gave me an 800 number to call and after being on hold for about 20 minutes a woman finally came on and told me when I signed up on the internet for a credit card which signed me up for three at one time.

One was for shopping usa. She said that they had sent me an email informing me that they would deduct a one time fee of $149.95 to become a menber. I told her no notl interested and she continued to offer me nights in a motel coupons etc.

This was done very sneaky and It coused my bank account to become overdrawn. I will be at my bank tomarrow 8/10/07 to sign an afidavit saying they had no permission to take the money out of my account.

This company does not give notice when deducting from your account and they meke everything sound so great. No interest, they file with the credit bureau etc, but I cant even imagine the prices. People beware of this company and watch you bank account when trying to get a credit card of of the internet. You never know just what you are acuatally signing up for!
