Fraud company trying to deduct $359 from my so-call "closed" account every month. Ripoff Houston

I was being harrassed by this company for several weeks offering me a college grant of $4500 in exchange for a $359 on-time fee. I continued to hang up and tell them I was not interested. They would call back again and again. I finally talked to them but refused to give a bank account number or SS number. The lady on the other end started yelling at me.

So I gave her a fraudulant account from a bank I no longer bank with and a bad SS#. I do not know how or why the bank allowed it but they re-opened the account and started deducting the money with a negative balance.

Is the bank crazy? Anyhow I got a letter that $359 was deducted from the closed account. I immediately went to the bank and told them not to allow that account to be reopened, it was not me. They refunded the money. That was last month.

Now this month they did the same thing again and the bank did not catch it. The computer reopened the account again and deducted $359 so I am having to go back to the bank to make sure this amount is removed too.

I tried calling back the company, got a fax buzz instead.
