I signed up for service for Internet cable connection from Roadrunneroffers.com. They have a special of 29.99 and a free modem. This was for Time Warner cables (TWC) Road runner service.

I called TWC 2 weeks later and they mentioned that they have no information about this. I called the Customer support for Roadrunneroffers.com and they said that if TWC did not receive it, just return the modem they had sent to me. No info on why TWC has not received it etc. I have chat session messages from Roadrunneroffers.com.

Now I have to pay for the modem and the shipping and have to wait for them to maybe give me a refund. Please do not take any offers from them
