Shoppers Discount rip off

I was checking my bank account and i noticed that on june 11 i was charged $10.00 from a shoppers discount, i ignored it thinking it was a discount store that maybe my husband had purchased something from there. Then again when i was checking my bank account again this month i saw that there was some stuff pending and when i called them they said that it was a pending transaction for $ 10.00 from shoppers discount. And then I automatically remembered that last month i was charged the same thing from the same company.
