Ripoff poor customer service damaged goods

My partial order from ABC Distributing arrived yesterday in three separate boxes with each having over $5.00 of shipping charges. Half of the items I recieved were broken. If I return them I am out not only the postage and handling they have charged me but also the postage to return these items, which will probably total more than the items themselves. I have unsuccessfully attempted to call and cancel the rest of my order numerous times (have been been placed on hold for over 30 minutes each time, another cost of long distance and my time).

I have called at different times with no success in speaking with a customer rep. All I want to do is cancel the remainder of my order and get these people paid and have nothing more to do with them. What a rip off. Beware of shipping and handling charges and non-existant customer service. ABC Distributing does not save you money by buying it cheaper through them. It cost you more in the long run with the postage and handling, return postage and long distance calls.
