USA Credit
They took 149.95 out of my account that I did nto authorize

Internet & Web

I applied for a payday loan on-line and was offered 3 things... A Imagine credit card, a usa credit credit card, and $1500 cash advance. When I saw that this was going to cost me 149.95 I closed out the website without ever pressing submit. I guess that was not good enough for them.

A few days later the money was withdrawn from my account leaving me in the negative getting $34 taken out for each thing that was to be taken out of that money.in total it cost me nearly $300. I immediately contacted my bank.

Today, a week later I finally found this website about the company. I called a number that was on one persons information. The lady on the other end told me that they could credit my account $114.95 if I cancled my account and did not proceed with my bank investigation. Than she tried to offer me a $50 check to keep my account open. Plus she wouldn't give me the credit if I kept it open.

I hope that my bank can prove that I did not submit for this money to come out of my account. This is the first time anything like this has happened to me and I am really scared that they will falsafy documents or something so that I never get my money back. I guess I will see Tuesday if I get my money back or not.
Anyone who got there money back can you please let me know if you had any problems with them when your bank contacted them. Thank you.
